In case S&M's Hoder High Bars don't get you high enough they created the Hoder Skyhigh Bar with a rise of 9.5".
Made in the USA from straight gauge .083" wall CrMo tubing that utilises dual radius bends with large top bends that drastically increase strength. They're finished with a big box design pushing that crossbar up a little higher adding extra rigidity.
